Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Renal/Dialysis nurse for a multinational healthcare company headquartered in the USA
This is an essential role within their Chronic Renal Business Unit, supporting healthcare professionals in delivering care to dialysis patients by promoting and educating on our client's products.
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieving sales budgets and qualitative business objectives for the assigned therapies by:
- Establish effective working relationships with customers, proposing innovative solutions and explaining and promoting their product portfolio.
- Promote the preferred patient pathway to healthcare professionals using up to date evidence.
- Demonstrate and train customers on the companies’ Renal therapies, products and services effectively through an evidence-based approach.
- Implement identified therapy and product marketing campaigns/activities.
- Provide educational support to customers training days onsite in hospitals.
- Facilitate peer to peer networking opportunities across the territory for renal unit staff, to encourage benchmarking against best demonstrated evidence-based practice.
- Maintain up to date customer records through effective use of their CRM tool.
- Develop excellent personal knowledge of the therapy environment, products and their applications and ensure product/renal knowledge remains evidence based.
- Support Renal customers in the evaluation and use of Company’s products and services.
- Work closely with the marketing team, therapy and clinical development team and Medical Affairs to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders in the renal therapy areas, both regionally and nationally.
- Lead internal training initiatives, as subject matter experts to drive clinical excellence amongst the renal team.
- Work collaboratively with the Account Manager in the territory.
Applicant Requirements:
- NMBI registered Nurse with 3 years renal/dialysis experience
- Post graduate renal nursing certificate/ITU Certificate preferable.
- 3 years training / selling experience within the Healthcare industry desirable but not mandatory.
- Hold a full clean driving license.
