Robert Kiernan

Before joining Cpl Construction, Robert spent 15 years working as a quantity surveyor. Subsequently, he worked in a project manager role with an international civil engineering company, where he led 100 staff and a combined weekly turnover in excess of €300,000.00. Robert’s in-depth knowledge of the sector creates a natural rapport with his clients and candidates, forging relationships based on trust and quality.

Now as Associate Director of Tech Skills (part of the Cpl Group) Rob has responsibility for business strategy, business development, marketing, sales, recruitment, profit & loss and operations. Tech Skills Resources provide Recruitment, Contract Staffing and Outsourcing services to clients in Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East. The main industry sectors are Construction, Engineering, Energy, Facilities, Telecoms and Utilities.
