Macro Evolution Services Limited a DCC company was established in 2018 to provide a range of support services to the reseller and vendor channels. Partnering closely with Exertis distribution, we provide white label technical and support services to enable partners to expand their value adding offerings to their clients without the need for expertise or infrastructure investment. We have created a high tech, high spec technical services facility that exceeds global compliance standards (e.g. ESD, security etc.).
Role Profile:
Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to contribute to generating new customers while account managing existing customers for our company.
Responsibilities:
· Quickly gain a detailed understanding of the Company services and product offerings.
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
· Grow the company's revenue through onboarding new customers while ensuring customers are satisfied with the services provided.
· Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements.
· Consistently generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
· Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
· Act as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams
· Resolve any account issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
· Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology, and service delivery.
· Responsible for building pipeline and creating a pipeline database to ensure continued business development and allow tracking of same.
· Introduce new initiatives to increase the new business pipeline generation.
· Liaise with the various member of the sales, technical and marketing team and provide input into marketing campaigns.
· Consistently achieve and deliver sales targets.
· Deliver on all activity KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure a strong team bond and working relationship.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years sales experience within a technical/ telecommunications/IT /Print industry
· Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
· Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, with the aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organisational levels.
· BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
· Excellent organisational, problem-solving and negotiation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people person.
· Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
· An understanding of Mobility, Document Solutions, and key technologies though not essential would be an advantage.
· Previous experience of working within a global sales team an advantage.
· Results driven with high levels of enthusiasm, drive and energy and the ability to work on own initiative.
· Have the highest levels of integrity in the successful completion of your work.
