I currently am recruiting for one of my biggest clients, a new, trendy marketplace company, for a German Client Support Associate position, to work from the beautiful green country of Europe, Ireland! (Fully remote!)
A bit more about the position… your main tasks will be to:
🚀 Manage customer/buyer/seller enquiries via email and chat support channels.
🚀 Effectively diagnose and resolve reported issues/questions in order to deliver excellent service.
🚀 Promptly escalate critical / high-risk cases to the appropriate team.
🚀 Coordinate with other teams / departments to resolve customer issues.
What we need from you is:
- To speak German natively + fluency in English
- To have 2-3 years’ experience in support delivery.
- To have been exposed to fast-moving/changing scaled support/ops environments.
- And most important… have a great personality!! :D
