Jr. QA Engineer – Mayo/Remote
Our client, a leading provider of EPOS systems in the UK & Ireland seeks to hire a Junior QA Engineer to join their team to support development processes and carry out automated and cloud application testing for their products.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and document the QA methodologies for products
• Implement automation testing across both product and project testing
• Implement and maintain detailed concise test plans
• Develop and execute automated test scripts
• Document product defects
• Develop and execute performance and scalability tests
Candidate Overview:
• You will have at least 1 year of experience in the IT sector, a significant portion of which will be working in the area of structured testing services
• Cloud Application & Automation Testing experience
• Experience in a programming language, especially Java, Javascript, Visual Basic or C, C++, SQL is highly desirable
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops is an advantage
• InstallShield & MSI experience is an advantage
• Functional Testing, Load and Performance Testing, Stress Testing experience
• ISEB Foundation Accreditation would be an advantage
• Exposure to retail or hospitality is an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
