You are:
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Eager to explore new technologies.
- Previous experience in customer service experience (in any industry) is a distinct advantage
- Motivated and with excellent communication skills
- Current base in or willing to relocate to Ireland
Responsibilities:
- Provide users with technical solutions on all products via phone, chat and email
- Analyze user behavior, content suitability and collect valuable user feedback to improve the products
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
- Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible
- Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our users’ needs
The Office
- Dublin city center with great view of the canal
- You can work from home permanently if you want (based in Ireland)
Working Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
