Title: Customer Support Executive- Dutch Speaker
The job and responsibilities:
- Providing IT support to customers over the phone and through a ticketing system
- Maintaining positive customer experience
- Solving issues and going above and beyond for every customer
- You’ll be part of a growing team that supports customers’ employees with activities such as password requests, nomination and redemption of awards and other general activities.
Who are you
- You speak fluent Dutch and English
