German-Speaking Account Executive (Dublin, Hybrid) | Step up from outbound prospecting to full-cycle SaaS sales

You’ll sell a proven marketing automation platform to fast-scaling ecommerce and retail brands — owning deals from first contact to close. Expect autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on company growth.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident in outbound, commercially sharp, and ready to elevate from generating pipeline to winning deals.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the entire sales process — from outbound prospecting to discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive consistent growth
- Engage multiple stakeholders across marketing and leadership teams
- Work closely with Account Executives and share best practices across the team
- Mentor junior BDRs and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
- Represent the company with credibility, accountability, and energy
What You Bring
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a BDR, SDR, Account Manager, or Junior AE role within SaaS or MarTech
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline
- Experience selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retail
- Strong commercial acumen, curiosity, and a drive to exceed targets
- Motivated, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Full authorization to work in Ireland (no sponsorship required)
