RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide comprehensive tax planning advice across all tax heads.
· Deliver tax consultancy on succession planning and restructuring for privately owned businesses and partnerships.
· Advise on property-related transactions, including VAT implications.
· Support company incorporations and provide guidance on structuring.
· Manage ad-hoc income tax, corporation tax, VAT, and stamp duty queries.
· Identify practice development opportunities.
· Support Partners on tax engagements and complex client matters.
REQUIREMENTS
· AITI/CTA qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a tax consultancy role within a medium or large practice.
· Ideally ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified.
· Strong exposure across all tax heads.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively solve client issues.
· Commercially aware and business-focused in approach.
· Strong relationship-building skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
