Sarah joined Cpl's executive search team in August 2021. Prior to this Sarah had experience in a professional services role delivering incentive solutions to R&D performing companies across multiple sectors within Ireland. Sarah has extensive experience in client service delivery and research. In particular, delving into clients' individual needs and devising bespoke solutions based on factors pertinent to their particular business. She holds a BSc degree in Biomedical Science during which she carried out numerous research and literature projects. In addition, she has completed a number of professional accountancy exams giving her a broad understanding of the commercial/financial needs of businesses within Ireland.
