*1/2nd Line Windows Support required by leading Digital Agency based in Marlow*
A leading Digital Agency, based in Marlow, currently require an 1/2nd Line Windows Support to join a team in supporting 300+ users across 4 offices with 1/2nd line issues.
Upon joining, the IT Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the users whilst also helping the team with any projects that are ongoing. The company are in the process of transferring from an outsourced IT model to an inhouse model so there are lots of projects to get involved in and ultimately lots of chances to learn new tech.
In terms of skills, we are looking for 1/2nd Line Windows Support’s who have solid experience in Windows, Office 365 and have some experience of supporting users. Customer service is key here as you will be representing IT across several offices so the ability to build rapport and solve issues in a timely manner is very important.
