Leading Biotechnology firm based in Cambridge is looking for 1/2nd Line Windows Support to join their expanding team to support over 500 users in their head office and to get involved in lots of projects, while learning a ton of new tech!
Upon joining the 1/2nd Line Support will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users as well as technologies such as Windows and Active Directory. The 1/2nd Line Support will work within a team and get involved in other project work while learning lots of new technologies, with the eventual aim of promotion to Desktop, then 3rd Line/Systems Administration. This being the case we are looking for driven IT Supports who are looking to advance up the career ladder as soon as possible.
In terms of skills, the 1/2nd Line Windows Support should have a grounding in user support and have some sort of skills within Windows and Active Directory. All of the other technologies can be taught by the company to enhance the individuals skillset.
