Professional Background The ideal candidate is a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a proven track record in financial reporting and a firm grasp of accounting controls. You should be comfortable operating in a high-energy environment where accuracy and adherence to compliance are paramount.

Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Management: Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, including all necessary supporting schedules and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO and various operational departments to drive financial performance through data-driven analysis and insights.
- Budgeting & Planning: Play a central role in the annual budgeting process, as well as ongoing forecasting and cashflow monitoring.
- Compliance & Filing: Manage statutory requirements, including VAT and PSWT, and lead the quarterly reporting process.
- Operational Oversight: Direct the accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure the organization is fully prepared for annual audits and year-end procedures.
