AP Clerk - Temporary Cover (2 - 8 Weeks)
Our Client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary basis to work in a large multinational, reporting into the AP Team Lead. This will be a short-term temporary assignment and it will be based remotely. IT Hardware will be provided in order to perform the role.
- Ensure PO and Non-PO invoices are processed promptly. Prepare and/or review payment runs.
- Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Insuring credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Process employee expense reports.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a multinational or SSC
- Experience in Oracle
- Fluent both written and spoken English.
