Cpl are currently looking for an experienced Administrator for a (Grade IV) position with our Community Healthcare client based in Dunmanway. This contract would be 3 months initially.
- 35 hours a week
- Mon - Fri/9am - 5pm
- €17.33 per hour
- Fully onsite - no remote working
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the office and support a multidisciplinary team
- Reception duties - front facing role where you are the first point of contact for the service
- Deal with the correspondence in the office - calls, post, busy inbox
- Facilitate the scheduling of appointments
- Maintain, update and input patient data - ensuring both the database and physical files are correct
- Diary management for clinicians and coordinate weekly internal meetings (set agenda, take minutes etc.)
- Liaise with 3rd parties and other departments
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of administration work, ideally in a medical/clinical setting
- Experience in office management is a big plus
- High proficiency with MS Office - particularly Excel
- Experience in using internal database systems and handling data
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are key requirements for this role
