We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative / accounts candidate for our client an Engineering Group based Dublin.
Roles & Responsibilities will include the following:
· Provide professional, proactive and efficient support to the Finance Manager.
· Processing supplier invoices
· Processing payments run
· Customer invoicing
· Debtor/creditor reconciliations
· Cash, Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
· Prepare and enter journals on accounting package, Sage 50
· Maintain petty cash fund
· Processing of weekly payroll
· Assist in preparation of management accounts to P&L and balance sheet
· Assist in preparation of VAT / RCT returns
· Assist in assembling information for external auditors for the annual audit
· Assist with general ad hoc duties and projects & assist with developing a HR Department.
· Draft and issue letters of offers, contracts and pre-employment packs to new starters
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Payroll experience preferable but not essential
• Experience in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of Sage Line 50
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Salary €28 to €40k depending on relevant experience!
