This is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same.
- Liaise with stakeholders for reports and other documentation required for board packs.
- Create and compile board packs .
- Record and file all documents on our document management system (DMS).
- Prepare Board Meeting Agenda for review and liaise with relevant parties to organise Board meetings.
- Organise and circulate hard and soft copy Board packs.
- Organise all aspects of the meeting, including: room booking, IT facilities, catering, car parking etc.
- Prepare attendance sheets for Board meeting.
- Draft minutes and action points from meeting for Company Secretary approval.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- 2 - 3 years working in a busy Team Admin/ PA role within a fast paced environment
- Strong MS Office skills with a flair for preparing high spec documents on Word ( formatting etc)
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
