Job requirements are as follows:

The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience within an NHS Trust or Care Home
- Be up to date with PMVA/Breakaway/MAPA training
ROLE: Band 6 Care Coordinator (CPN, or Social worker)
Team Name: WF Early Interventions in Psychosis (WFEP)
Address: Walthamstow, London
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Duration: 01/04/2022-01/07/2022
Responsibilities: FEP Assessment, Providing Early interventions in psychosis as a care coordinator; - Assessing and providing care under CPA for people experiencing FEP. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the key principles of the Early Intervention in Psychosis model. (RTT is essential)
Skills: Prompt FEP Assessments, good assessment skills required, Excellent communication, report writing, feeding back to MDT, Sound Knowledge of the Mental Health Act, and a working knowledge of the current spectrum of mental health disorders and treatment pathways. EIP experience is essential.
-Be able to provide UK references, Immunisations report and must have a valid NMC pin.
