We are framework approved and currently supply to a large number of NHS hospitals across the whole of London and the South East allowing us to place you within a trust most suitable for you.

Job requirements are as follows:
- Strong communication skills
- ASAP start
- All shift patterns available to suit
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience within an NHS Trust or Care Home
- Be up to date with PMVA/Breakaway/MAPA training
ROLE: Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner
TEAM: WF CRT (WFNL)
Address: Waltham Forest, London
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Role: Working as a care coordinator / mental health nurse and managing a caseload of patients with severe mental illness; on-going assessment of their needs and supporting them to stay in the community, care planning, risk assessments; on going home visits; administering depot injections, raising safeguarding, reviewing packages of care.
Skills: Previous experience in care coordination, managing a caseload; previous experience in mental health; depot administration and medication management; knowledge about safeguarding process; knowledge of Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act.
Start date: ASAP for 3 months.
-Be able to provide UK references, Immunisations report and must have a valid NMC pin.
