Responsibilities will include:
• Identifying suitable public tendering opportunities, downloading and assessing documentation.
• Completing and submitting suitability assessment questionnaires to strict deadlines.
• Continuously improving and updating company documentation.
• Liaising with potential clients, design teams and sub-contractors.
• Third Level Qualification in a related industry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Previous bid writing experience in the construction
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Team player
• Excellent creative writing skills
