As a key part of the sales & commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical sales engineers based both here & in the US office, continuing growth of the customer/client base across the different regions & engaging directly with specific key customers. You will also engage with engineering & marketing colleagues on product quotations & specifications, attend trade events, source new business opportunities, set & analyse team members KPI’s, review the team’s sales pipeline & overall ensure a well-motivated & successful team dynamic.
Your Skills & Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree in business studies or an engineering discipline.
- 5-6+ years in a relevant client focused technical sales role.
- Excellent technical knowledge & ability to manage complex client needs across multiple sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with customers at strategic levels.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team.
- Strong IT knowledge & ability to multitask.
The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, of approx. 70-80k with a strong benefits package & career growth potential.
