In response to organisational restructure and continuous growth, Servisource part of the Cpl Group, wishes to appoint a Business Development Manager to explore the potential to develop the Education Support and Assisted Admissions services in the UK, specifically in the Leeds Bradford area, with the aim that both services will be expanded across the UK.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Care & Support Services, the successful candidate will work closely with the existing Education Support and Assisted Admissions teams to gain a thorough understanding of how the service is provided in Ireland and how this can be translated to the requirements of the UK market.
Duties of the role will include but not limited to;
· Scoping out the requirements for the establishment of the Education Support and Assisted Admissions services in the Leeds Bradford area, with a view to expanding this service throughout the UK.
· Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders in these areas through networking, client visits, marketing, and social media.
· Delivering and converting new business leads in the sales pipeline.
· Identifying the resources required to provide these services.
· Keeping abreast of market developments by attending all relevant functions and events.
· Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with clients are logged adequately.
· Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI’s and quarterly targets as set out.
Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years Business Development experience to include telesales, cold calling, client visits and field sales etc.
· Previous experience in pitching business to all levels of management
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Full proficiency in IT systems
· Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set
