Seeking a contract to join a Change Management to work on a Business transformation project. 3 months initially with possible extension. Daily rate - €425
Provides business change and business consulting services to clients in the transformation and change discipline. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. As a member of the change team the role will involve creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage of new processes and technologies.
Required skills / experience:
· 3-5 years’ experience in business change and transformation
· A relevant Change Management qualification
· Experience of working on programmes of change involving people, process and technological change
· Experience of leading at least one or several change management workstreams such as communication management, stakeholder management, operating model design, change transition planning or change network design or benefits realisation
· Experienced in building strong relationships with the business at all levels
· Experienced in working closely with IT solutioning team(s)
· Possess a strong people focus with the ability to work effectively with client teams, across multiple locations and stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable skills / experience:
· Experience of finance processes, shared services and SAP solutions a distinct advantage
· Experience of working within the Public Sector is highly desirable
