My client, a leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Change Manager for an immediate start to support a critical programme of work and its successful deployment.
The role is hybrid, with approximately 1 day per week onsite in Dublin.
Daily rate depending on relevant experience, ballpark €600.day.
You will support a large, complex public sector healthcare organisation delivering a major national digital transformation programme.
This role is focused on senior stakeholder engagement, alignment and adoption.
My client requires an experienced and structured Change Manager comfortable operating in sensitive, multi‑stakeholder environments and driving progress through influence and change discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured change impact assessments across clinical, operational, technical and executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute change, engagement and adoption strategies
- Design and oversee communications, engagement and training activities
- Support operational readiness as new services are onboarded
- Track adoption metrics and define interventions to improve utilisation
- Coordinate with internal and third‑party delivery partners
Required Experience
- At least 5 years experience in a Change Manager capacity within professional services, public sector and healthcare environments.
- Experience delivering or scaling digital platforms
- Proven delivery of complex change, transformation initiatives
- Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated change management capability (impact assessments, comms, training)
- Highly organised with strong governance and documentation discipline
