Principal Duties and Responsibilities

innovative recruitment, care, and support services, with over 20 years’ experience across a number
of sector specialities. We provide a strong service offering to our clients, such as the HSE and NHS, in
terms of quality standards including JCI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and in the UK a strong CQC
rating of Good.
With over 130 employees in 8 offices across Ireland and the United Kingdom in Dublin, Dundalk,
Cork, Galway, Limerick, Belfast, London and Bradford, we provide a local and personal service with a
national and international reach.
With ambitious strategic growth plans to further grow within the UK and expand into the US market,
we are seeking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. Reporting to the Chief
Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will become a valuable member of our Senior Leadership Team,
leading the Operations function teams comprised of Marketing, Quality and Compliance, and
Operational Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, plan and implement structures, plans and procedures to transform Servisource’s
capacity to deliver recruitment, care, and support services.
• Work with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team to plan and deliver Servisource’s Shared
Vision.
• Implement a ‘process playbook’ that will enable Servisource to scale efficiently and
effectively in our growth markets, through streamlining existing processes and automation.
• Develop and empower all teams to deliver projects to the high standards.
• Develop innovative capability and repeatable technology-based IP solutions that deepen the
ability to complete and win against competitors.
• Role model and coach executive team members in high performing leadership skills and
behaviours
• Strengthen the company culture by embedding our Core Values to ensure all employees are
challenged, motivated, have fun and grow personally.
• Introduce best practices to support talent development, retention, and acquisition.
• Successfully develop strong relationships and credibility with senior customer stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
• Proven leadership track record as a COO (or similar role), which resulted in a rapidly growing
services business.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in business or related field.
• In-depth knowledge and practical knowledge of business functions such as Marketing,
Operational Excellence, etc.
• Fluency in growth opportunity techniques like design thinking, lean which improve business
performance
• A track record of strong commercial acumen and marque accomplishments, domestically and
internationally
