Cpl has an urgent requirement for a Clerical Officer to provide administration support to a Healthcare Team in Cork city.
- 12 month temporary contract
- 37 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- €13.05/hour
- This is a new position.
What you will be doing:
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Updating shared folders
- Liaising with other departments
- Handling phone calls coming into the department from hospitals
- Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
- File preparation and uploading documents to the database
What you will have:
- At least 1 year of professional administration experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
- High attention to detail and organisation
