A client of mine, based in Swords is looking for a temporary clerical officer for a rolling contract.
This is an immediate start role, €14.91 P/h, Monday to Friday.
As a clerical officer you must be very detailed orientated, have strong admin skills and proficiency in MS office. Excellent telephone manner and communication are a must. You will maintain a neat, professional working environment.
You have previous experience of administration tasks, such as scanning, filing, franking, label printing etc. You will have a friendly personality and absolute fluency in written and spoken English and are eligible to work in Ireland.
In addition you have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail.
- An ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel & CRM
- Exposure to general Finance administrative tasks would be an advantage.
- Utmost discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to work is essential.
- An eagerness to learn with a strong work ethic.
