Cpl have an immediate requirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade III) for a Part-time role (17.5hrs) for our client based in Waterford City. The role would suit a candidate who is looking for flexibility in their working hours.

- Hours: 17.5 hours per week
- Pay: €14.62 per hour
- Mon-Fri
- Fully Onsite role
Responsibilities
- Cover reception while supporting a busy multi-disciplinary team in an administrative capacity.
- Take queries over the phone and in person from the public and service users.
- Manage bookings and appointments.
- Updating the internal database with patient files and information.
- Handle sensitive data and medical records in line with GDPR policies - adhering to strict confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
- 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Capable of working efficiently under your own initiative.
- Experience in a medical field is beneficial but not essential.
