My client is currently seeking to hire a Cyber Security Manager (Identity and Access Management and Cloud). You will get to work on high-profile projects in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, Cloud and Digital Transformation.
Ideally you need to have the following:
Relevant third-level qualification in a technical based subject such as Computer Science, Information / Cyber Security or Cyber Crime Prevention.
A minimum of 6 years’ experience working in the area of Cyber Security, focusing in particular on the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and cloud-based IAM technologies, preferably in a consultancy services firm or other similar experience.
Knowledge and techniques for IAM transformation, IAM remediation and audit driven remediation will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of IAM best practices, leading IAM toolsets and IAM for Cloud deployments.
Experience in CIAM, digital and cloud identity will be particularly useful, this includes open standards as OAUTH, OIDC and API security.
Experience in toolsets such as Okta, Ping, Sailpoint and CyberArk will be beneficial.
Experience in designing IAM solutions for clients operating in a regulated environment will be an advantage. Cyber experience in financial services, telecoms or the energy sector will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS across main cloud service providers
Ability to manage project deliverables in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills.
Strong technical knowledge of IT/digital systems, on-premise IT infrastructure, cloud architecture and the interfaces between on-premise and cloud.
A relevant professional qualification such as CISSP, CISA or CISM is a strong advantage.
There is some travel involved so you will ideally have a full clean driver’s license and access to a car.
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:
Work with client engagement teams and work across countries in the areas of IAM design, remediation, cloud migration and transformation.
Analyse complex processes and technologies from the perspective of user access management and presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Share knowledge with team members and participate in supporting clients, particularly in the areas of Cyber, IAM, PAM, CIAM and Cloud deployment/migration.
Working across various identity related processes: Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) processes, recertification, Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) analysis and design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Federation, Target Operating Model (TOM) design and IAM governance.
