Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of CNM1/Service Manager for a specialist residential service in Monasterevin, Co Kildare. The service is a specialist provider of residential care for people with Prader Willi Syndrome.
The successful candidate will report to the CNM3 and will also be supported by the Regional Operations Manager and a Multi-Disciplinary Team. Responsibilities will include needs assessment, care plan development and review, liaison with relevant multidisciplinary teams/services, auditing, staffing and administration. This is a permanent fulltime contract.
To be considered for the role, successful applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as an RNID.
· On the live intellectual disability register of the NMBI.
· Applicants must have a demonstrable track record working with adults with physical or intellectual disabilities and/or mental health.
· Previous experience caring for individuals with PWS would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite as full training will be provided.
· Full driving licence.
· Must be a team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships in an inter-disciplinary team and multi-stakeholder environment.
· Should have a core belief in and passion for the sustainable delivery of high quality user focused services.
· Commitment to the values and principles of Resilience.
· Available and willing to commit to working a residential roster.
