Commercial Solicitor

The Job:
Reporting to the Head of Legal Operations, the successful candidate will act as a key part of the team & provide support on matters including supplier engagement, reviewing existing commercial contracts, analysing legal impacts of new legislation, instructing external legal partners/stakeholders on transaction matters, project management & implanting new processes/procedures.
In addition to the above you will also make recommendations on compliance matters, complete legal documentation & support the wider leadership groups on legal matters related to their areas of business.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
· Qualified solicitor.
· Additional qualifications relevant to the banking, financial or legal services sector would be an advantage.
· 2-3+ years post qualification experience.
· In-depth knowledge of commercial contracts, financial legislation, litigation, etc.
· Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to multi-task.
