CPL are currently recruiting for experienced Corporate Administrators for various clients based in Cork City center
Duration: These roles could be short to long term contracts
Key responsibilities:
- These roles would be heavily document based: Producing and formatting reports in large volumes.
- Managing all correspondence for the team: screening phone calls, issuing letters, handling email queries.
- Regularly working to tight deadlines where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
- General administrative duties: filing, updating internal database systems, photocopying and scanning documents.
- Occasionally required to cover reception for breaks etc.
Desired Experience:
- ECDL Qualification or equivalent required.
- Experience in using advanced functionalities of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- 2/3 years experience in a similar role or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team or on your own initiative.
