Your Experience and Skills
• 3 + Years PQE.
• Corporate Transactional Knowledge.
• Experience drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, asset purchase agreements, share purchase agreements.
• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to work along and within a team environment.
Your Responsibilities
• Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements and shareholders agreements
• Drafting of lending agreements
• Company law advice across business.
