Are you an experienced Creative individual within the medcomms industry looking for a new challenge?
We are currently working with an independently owned agency based in West London who are currently looking for a Creative Director to join their team.
The role:
Reporting directly into their MD, you will take a highly strategic role within the business and will be responsible for driving creative excellence and championing the agency’s brand.
This is also a line management opportunity with 2 direct reports and will work across a range of projects which will include patient & HCP campaigns as well as more creative, digital work.
In terms of therapy areas, core areas of focus include Rare Diseases, Oncology, Respiratory and Women’s Health.
The requirements:
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a track record of working in creative roles within a medical communications agency. Please note that this is an essential requirement, and, without this, your application will unfortunately not be considered.
As a Creative Director, you must be able to engage others, collaborate with wider teams and essentially have that “creative buzz”. In terms of professional experience, you must also:
• Hold a strong creative background.
• Have directly line managed and mentored others.
• Demonstrate experience across a variety of therapy areas and materials.
