Cpl are partnering with a rapidly growing and innovative Financial Services company to hire a highly motivated CRM Analyst who has passion for CRM to become the organisations SME for their Zoho platform.
Skills
- Day to data management of Zoho CRM system
- Developing reports and dashboards for management
- Developing insights to support decision making
- Improving data management practices
- Improving Data Quality
- Supporting Marketing and Sales teams on projects such as customer segmentation
- Providing training across the platform
Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years in a complex CRM related role (ideally Zoho CRM, but will consider other platforms such as Saleforce)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of Data Quality and Data Management practices
- Passionate about all things CRM
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to look at ways CRM can be used to maximum potentail
- Experience providing training to business users
