For our Client, international, e-commerce company, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of:
Customer Care Coordinator with Hungarian (m/f)
- Day to day cooperation and management of customer service providers;
- Providing support in overseeing and resolving reported clients' issues according to set standards;
- Ensuring development of customer service concepts and standards;
- Monitoring of targets and process improvements to achieve better performance indicators;
- Close cooperation with other departments responsible for customer service area and supervision of all customer care communication channels;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience at similar position;
- Native Hungarian skills and great command of English (C1);
- Experience in working with external supplier in field of customer service would be a big plus;
- Practical knowledge of CRM tool;
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills.
