Cpl Office Supports are working with a leading Agricultural newspaper who are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable professional to develop and execute this function on a permanent basis in South Dublin. They will be Responsible for contacting subscribers on behalf of the organisation.
This role will be 37½ hours per week. Office hours are nominally from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, but may vary by arrangement with Management in accordance with business requirements. It will consist of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
· Call subscribers (renewals/lapsed/new leads) on behalf of the organization, assuring a high sales conversion rate of leads to paying members (assisted sales)
· Provide a timely response to sales renewals, supporting subscribers with their renewal payments processing and exceptions handling, ensuring a high sales renewal conversion rate (assisted renewals)
· Ensure that every connection with a consumer maximizes the product's value, encourages product usage, and fulfils the promise of the product and brand. To ensure engaged customer experiences, sales-conversion, and retention/renewal rates, this is a crucial obligation.
· On occasion, provide best-in-class member assistance by taking charge of and promptly resolving customer service issues via phone, email, online chat, or any other means of communication as may be necessary.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across various sales touchpoints, e.g. assisted sales, and renewal sales.
· Support an engaging workplace culture where the client is at the center of all we do by working with your team and management.
· Develop a deeper understanding of our offerings.
Skills & Experience:
· Someone having prior experience working in a sales- or customer-focused setting, and who has the aptitude to up-sell leads and renewals.
· A proactive organised person with excellent time management skills and can work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
· Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities, as well as strong communication and English skills.
· Multitasking skills- ability to log calls and process customer orders simultaneously
· MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· Experience of databases, particularly CRM, an advantage
· A confident, courteous, and professional phone personality.
· Farming background an advantage
