My client, a leading Telecoms organisation has a number of full time opportunities for Customer Care Agents to join their growing team in Cork. This is a 12 month fixed term contract
This role requires a start date of Monday 7th December. You will complete 4 weeks training on-site, and the roles can then be worked remotely.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Ensuring first class customer service via phone and email
- Recording of customer account information on CRM system
- Provide timely updates to customers where appropriate
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 6-12 months of customer experience (ideally in a call centre, retail, hospitality or related)
- Excellent phone and communication skills, empathetic and positive in nature
- IT proficient with an interest in learning new IT systems
