This role will require flexibility to work late shifts and weekends.
What you will be doing:
- Handling a broad range of customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of first call resolution and quality assurance.
- Provide first class customer service and handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Record information on the CRM systems.
- Provide fast and reliable answer rates to customers.
- Support business growth by promoting products and services.
- Proactively update customers where required.
- Contribute to overall team performance.
Skills and experience:
- 6-12 months customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Strong computer skills
