My client in the Fintech Industry is looking to hire for a number of Customer Service Representative roles on a permanent basis in South County Dublin.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling inbound customer calls and queries in a professional manner.
· Responsible for escalating calls and ensuring a fast resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
· Basic technical troubleshooting on a range of different products.
· Responsible for completing ad hoc/admin duties when required.
· Calls will be monitored and feedback will be given to support continuous improvement with call handling.
· Taking appropriate responsibility to process confidential information in a secure manner.
· Keeping customer informed – in accordance with set KPI’s while customer queries/escalations are being resolved.
Requirements:
· Must have 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role or Call Centre experience is ideal.
· Must be willing to work one Saturday per month while getting an additional day off the following week.
· Must have excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
· Must be a team player and be able to work on own initiative
