Location: Maidenhead – Current WFH flex but from August will be 100% office based.
Duration: 6 months initially
Pay rate: £11.50 per hour PAYE
• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Skills / Requirements:
• Experience working in a similar role.
• Strong Customer service experience.
• Previous experience working in a call centre environment is preferred.
• Key is helpful customer service skills and good written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
