Customer Service Representative with Italian AND Portuguese
The Customer Service Representative is accountable for providing customer service support in the financial services sector to customers of a global bank, including the provision of information, resolution of queries, communication with internal customers and handling of complaints.
Responsibilities
- Handle questions on International Payments
- Process changes of personal data and customer addresses
- Provide Information on Pension Payments
- Providing information on previous payments
- Handling requests on missing payments
- Provide information on miscellaneous queries
- Provide customers with information on the choice of payment methods
Education and Experience
- Successful completion of relevant certificate / diploma / degree course: Banking, Accounting or Business Studies
- Fluency in Italian AND Portuguese
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a finance, banking, payments or pensions sector
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Essential Skills and abilities:
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent PC skills
- Must be goal orientated
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend appropriate language(s), including English/fluent English skills required
- Good listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively
- Ability to apply a logical problem-solving approach to resolving customers enquiries
- Excellent attention to detail
Contract: Permanent full-time with Covalen Solutions
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18
*Currently hybrid model(1 day work from the office), but might change in the future, based on business needs. Flexibility is required on this matter.
