For our client a fast developing FinTech company managing international projects we’re looking for a Spanish native speaker to work as:
Customer Service Specialist with Spanish
- Providing e-mail customer service,
- Building and maintaining good relationship with clients,
- Presenting company’s products,
- Resolving clients’ inquiries and manage escalations,
- Cooperation with other departments,
- Updating a database.
- Proficiency in English,
- Native level of Spanish,
- At least 1,5 years of experience in sales, customer service or marketing,
- Work permit for Poland,
- Good organization and communication skills,
- Ability to work under time pressure.
