The Customer Service Executive will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, deliver on promises, have excellent attention to detail, have the ability to analyse information and act according to the information presented, and perform under pressure.
You'll be supporting customers across the country, providing key information, and inputting this data in an effective and timely manner. The Customer Support Executive will be working within and promoting the Company Values at all times

Shift work between 8-8 (40 hours per week)€23,000 pro rata
Premium Rates for Sunday
- Process Inbound phone calls in a timely manner
- Use internal database to update relevant information
- Extensive data entry
- Adhere to all GDPR Policies
- Must be available to asap
- Ergonomically suitable home workspace without background noise or distractions.
- Efficient Internet Connection
- Fluent English - Spoken and written
- 1 years Office experience
- Proficient in the MS package
