I am looking for candidates who can speak Spanish and Italian interested in a Customer service role. They should speak English as well.
Provide Customer Service Support in the financial services sector to customers of a global bank, provision of information, resolution of queries, communication with internal customers and handling of complaints.
DESIRED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian plus English
• Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a finance, banking, payments or pensions sector
• Ability to deliver information at customer’s knowledge level in an understandable manner
