Digital Engagement and Content Lead
Contract length: 12 months
Location: Uxbridge (hybrid)
Rate: £50 - £54 p/h PAYE
A leading pharmaceutical client of ours is looking to hire an experienced digital marketing professional to take on the role of Digital Engagement and Content Lead. The successful individual will drive customer engagement and support the collaboration between a variety of teams across the business. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication and the ability to think strategically to help provide the best support.
Key responsibilities
· Develop, lead the execution, and evaluate digital campaigns/tactics and apply metrics/analytics
· Collaborate on campaign strategy and functional plans
· Maintain a broad perspective of the pharma industry to identify and drive the best practice around digital expertise
· Identify long-term process needs of the marketing team focused on digital capabilities and develop/execute a plan to address these
· Identify opportunities for collaboration within and across therapeutic areas
· Build and maintain relationships with digital agencies/vendors to help define project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables
· Deliver creative briefs
· Provide budget recommendations
· Monitor and report regularly on project status and budgets
· Identify opportunities for the business
· Conduct engagement planning briefings for senior management and external representatives
Requirements:
· Engagement planning or omnichannel strategy experience desirable
