Join Cpl's Marketing Team and play a leading role in planning & coordinating our social media presence. You will work with the Marketing Team across all digital aspects of promoting the Cpl brand and report to Cpl’s Content Manager. Overall, you will need to be interested in social media and be a good multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate:
Social media – experience planning, posting, and reporting on social media activity, particularly LinkedIn. Paid experience a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
CMS experience – good attention to detail and familiar with content uploading.
Good eye for design - experience in Canva, Photoshop or similar platforms a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience creating graphics including infographics and social media shareables.
A strong writer - highly proficient in English, knowledge of SEO would be great too. Interest and experience in audio content/editing would be a plus.
Strong communication + organisation skills – used to working with multiple teams and managing expectations, skilled at prioritising and managing workload, enjoys collaborating with others.
Flexible and adaptable to change – enjoys staying up to date with social media trends and open to new ways of working.
Digital PR experience – this is a new area we’re developing, if you have experience that would be great!
Experience in marketing automation/email platforms – we use both Force24 and Mailchimp.
Areas Of Responsibility
Social media - engage with our 100K+ followers on LinkedIn and create, plan & coordinate social media content in line with the overall content and digital marketing strategy.
LinkedIn Job ads and branding – monitor the Cpl brand online and improve our recruiter's social presence through social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then implementing changes.
Audio content – recording and editing of audio content (training can be provided for the right candidate).
Email marketing – responding to ad-hoc mass email requests and reporting on success.
Uploading content & creating imagery for blogs – work with our Content Manager to generate new ideas and ensure all content on cpl.com is up to date and on-brand.
Support the Digital Marketing team - work on digital marketing campaigns for some of the world's leading brands.
