Director Execution Services
The Expertise We’re Looking For:
·12+ years of relevant industry experience – financial services, trading, trading operations, understanding of cryptocurrency concepts beneficial
·6+ years people management experience - coaching and development of associates within a complex environment, strategically growing teams
·6+ years of process management experience – in depth understanding & demonstration of Regulatory and SOC environment
·Excellent knowledge of trade execution, trading technologies & API/FIX & other trading frameworks
·Demonstrated knowledge and application of analytical tools for process improvement and data analytics – KPI’s, Operational Efficiency etc.
·Relationship building skills across team, business unit, national peers, and external business partners as part of a global team
·Bachelor's degree required.

·Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders (must be able to provide examples of establishing and maintaining key relationships)

·Strong working knowledge and demonstration of project management from planning to implementation
·Ability to make tactical and strategic decisions with limited/minimal oversight or guidance
·In-depth understanding of the workings of the financial services industry specifically trading, trading operations and trading technology
·Very strong presentation capability to senior leadership
·Excellent written and verbal communications skills
The Value You Deliver and Primary Responsibilities:
·Provide functional and technical area expertise, oversight, problem resolution, training, analysis and reporting as required across a variety of group responsibilities
·Lead projects in the development of technology solutions and represents the department on projects for key tactical and strategical initiatives
·Represent the Execution Services team in cross-functional initiatives and in presentations to senior leadership
·Ensure maintenance of all procedures & supporting controls while identifying areas of risk and work to mitigate them
·Monitor control reports and other workflow tools to ensure day-to-day activities are completed timely and accurately
·Relationship management with external trading counterparties and any associated vendors
·Monitor and develop key performance indicators to address factors that are affecting the customer experience and team performance
·Work with managers and peers to recommend and implement changes to systems, processes, responsibilities, reporting, etc.
·Coaches, develops, and manages performance and output of direct reports.
·Evaluates team effectiveness and proposes strategies for improvement.
·Works to create a climate that values and rewards contributions, drive, initiative, and achievement
·Conduct hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, corrective action, terminations, and other status changes of staffing
·Provide strategic vision and long-range tactical plans to ensure culture of continuous process improvement
·Effectively delegate assignments, motivate associates, and provide oversight to manage daily performance of the team.
