Administrative Assistant, Document Controller
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, Document Controller with experience with Krantec or similar document management systems. You will perform high quality production in document capture (circa 1500 documents) and processing tasks converting documents using the facilities of Krantec document solutions.
Competitive salary for an excellent 3 months contract role based in a Data Centre in Dublin 22.
Duties include;
Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
Manage the master procedure matrix for all site operating procedures for the Data Centre, ensuring matrix is maintained to site requirements.
Manage the conversion and update of all site procedures for the Data Center environment.
Manage the creation and maintenance of work-related record data into key systems.
Ensure systems and data governance are in place and adhered to correctly by all staff on site
Maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of documentation.
Perform routine audits and quality checks on all related documentation including site log books.
Produce and maintain Progress Reports on documents/audits, both hard files and computer database files on a regular basis.
To be considered you will have;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar document Controller role.
Possess good knowledge in document control, management processes and standards.
In-depth knowledge and experience with MS Suite software - Computer literate with the ability to compile and submit weekly, monthly and annual reports.
Experience with Document Management Systems
Monitor and trend operational characteristics (procedures, training etc.).
