As part of the eCommerce Payments team, the role will involve working closely with our various Payment processing partners, as well as liaising directly with the internal Brands and IT eCommerce teams in Europe on operational and project delivery issues.
A large part of the role will involve working on payment Reporting, Analysis and Process definition projects with the Dublin team. Assisting with Reconciliations and Refund processing will also be part of the position.
There will be a requirement to become proficient with all the internal and external payment system tools being used by the company, and an expectation to gain a detailed knowledge about Payments in the eCommerce business world.
Other responsibilities will include participation and ownership of ad hoc office projects, as required.
